AdSanity does not implement any tracking of user data of any kind. We don’t set cookies or collect user details. However, as the site owner we encourage our users to be aware of ad campaigns that may do so. Third party ad networks or HTML5 ad code may contain additional scripting that could add or read cookie information, or collect additional information. Since AdSanity doesn’t create or control those ads the burden of legal compliance lies with the site operator.
We recommend that site owners be aware of and comply with the governing laws of where their web properties are accessible.
