Tracking the performance of your advertisements can help your advertisers make good decisions about their ads. The Reports page is where this information is presented.

There are two tabs for Reports. Dashboard is the default tab and displays four sections of statistics about your advertising history; All-Time Summary, All-Time Top 10 Clicks, All-Time Top 10 Click Through Rate, and All-Time By Ad Group (fig. 1).

The second tab, Custom Reports, allows you to select a date range and a specific ad or set of ads to generate View Data and Click Data for the time and ads selected (fig. 2). These statistics can be downloaded as a CSV files by selecting the “Export CSV” button next to Detailed Report.

Note that ads hosted on an external ad service do not have their clicks tracked in AdSanity. You should look to the providing network for their unique tracking information. However, if you decide to use the Google Analytics Tracking Add-On you can track both self-hosted and external ads.

Lastly, AdSanity works best when using object caching. If you or your host is using a static page caching system or plugin, like Varnish or WP Super Cache, you may see discrepancies with your internal tracking numbers. In this case, we recommend that you use our Google Analytics Tracking Integration add-on.
